I have a Master's of Business Administration from Portland State University, during which time I consulted with several small businesses. I worked with a local food store on their B-Corp Certfication, and created a go-to-market straetgy for an outdoor e-commerce shop. I love working with companies to fill in any gaps they have in their current teams, and helping them fulfill projects for which they wouldn't otherwise have the bandwidth.
In the past few years, I have been working in the tech sector as a product owner, scrum master, and general Agile coach. I am skilled at getting teams set up with new tools, such as Jira or DevOps or Asana, and enjoy creating new systems for teams to thrive.
In my free time, I am an outdoor enthusiast and accomplished climber. From single day ski summits of mountains like Mount Shasta, to difficult overnight rock climbs in Zion National Park, I know my way around a rope! I volunteer with local organizations handling program coordination, new course development, and outdoor management budgeting.
